Upload a BOM or hand receipt
One PDF at a time. Line items, NSNs, quantities and header data are read straight out of the document.
Before you upload
Two BOM layouts are accepted, and detected automatically: the GCSS-Army Component Listing / Hand Receipt export, and the Army Data Platform BOM report.
Both must be the native, digitally-generated PDF export from the source system. Scanned or handwritten BOMs aren't supported — there's no text or data layer for this tool to read.
Quantity on the generated 1750 uses On Hand (OH) Qty when the source document has it; when it doesn't, Authorized (AUTH) Qty is used instead.

Both GCSS-Army BOM layouts are detected automatically — no format picker
CUI
Handle as Controlled Unclassified Information
Uploads are processed in this session and are not retained after you leave. CUI markings on the source document are carried onto the generated 1750. This is an independent tool, not an official DoD or Army system — you are responsible for handling this document per your organization's CUI policy, the same as you would with any other tool you choose to use for it.
